Before TDA, she spent years working at the intersection of technology, institutional capacity, and organisational change, developing a clear-eyed view of why digital initiatives in Nigeria so frequently fail to produce measurable results.
She leads TDA's research programme on AI adoption in Nigerian public institutions, publishes the annual State of AI in Nigeria's Public Institutions report, and developed the AI Readiness Index — a benchmarking framework used by institutions across health, education, finance, and justice.
