The problem

Nigeria's data protection law was in force — but organisations had no fast way to self-assess compliance

The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 introduced compliance obligations for organisations handling personal data. Many organisations — particularly smaller ones — had no structured way to assess where they stood. Manual assessment was slow, expensive, and inconsistent.

The need was for a tool that could deliver a structured, accurate, AI-evaluated compliance assessment to any organisation that needed it — at scale, without requiring a human reviewer on each submission.

What we built

A fully automated compliance pipeline: intake → AI scoring → PDF report → alerts → logging

From form submission to personalised PDF report: fully automated. Each organisation receives an accurate, AI-evaluated compliance assessment specific to their responses — without anyone on the TDA side needing to review, score, or draft anything manually.

The system scales horizontally: 10 submissions or 1,000 submissions require the same effort from the team. The pipeline handles it.
